Travelodge Suites by Wyndham New Glasgow

We initially wanted to spend a couple of nights at the Travelodge while visiting friends in Pictou. However, my husband came down with a cold, so in order for him to rest and heal, we ended up staying 5 nights. It was ok, nothing special. What made it good was the staff.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful with finding out a perfect place to eat since it was pouring rain and was able to have take out. Also, we found out that we were going to get a room for handicap accessible and since we did not want to take a room for a handicap they gave us an upgrade, which was very much appreciated after a long motorcycle ride..

First time staying at TraveLodge, but it certainly won't be the last. The room was huge, and we found it to be very comfortable.

We stay here every time we visit family in New Glasgow and each time if feels like the hotel has made an improvement in some way. It's always clean and the price is very reasonable. It's also conveniently located close to shopping and coffee.

The facility was clean, and the staff were nice. It was great to have a light breakfast with the price of room.

The room was a nice size, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am gluten-free, and they were quick to offer gluten-free bread for my breakfast.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special BUT they were pretty helpful in dealing with my son's food restrictions. Staff was super accommodating when it came to late checkout and late night arrival.

The location was good on the edge of the city. Easy to get to from the highway. Restaurants very close. The breakfast was good. There was no kettle but when I asked at the front desk they found one for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite plentiful and fresh.
